Hello My Friends,

Thank you all for coming here. My Ojibwe name is  (She is) Blue Earth Woman, my English name is Tracy Clearsky. I am a Two-Spirit woman & a mother of four.  I am apart of Treaty 1 Territories located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, I am also a proud Nation member of Waywayseecappo First Nation Treaty 4 Territories, as well as have family ties within the Manitoba Metis Federation; all situated among the Greater Anishinaabeg Territories across Turtle Island. I currently reside in Calgary, Alberta -Treaty 7 territory; home of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Kainai-Blood Tribe, Siksika, Peigan-Piikani and Aamskapi Pikuni), Nakoda Sioux (Chiniquay, Bearspaw, Wesley), Tsuut'ina Nations & Metis Nation of Alberta (Region 3). I am also the proud owner of a home-based clothing manufacturing business, Nii'kinaaganaa (All My Relations) Trading Co.

I began sewing clothing & powwow regalia at the age of 12 years old, a skill taught to me by my maternal grandmother & from the junior high school I attended. After I graduated from university in 2020, & while tending to my growing family, I decided to start my own home-based clothing manufacturing business. As an Indigenous Fashioner, my vision to start my own clothing brand is to share the exquisite beauty of the greater Anishinaabeg & Metis Nations of Turtle Island through fashion.

Nii’kinaaganaa Trading Co. strives to support & promote Indigenous artists, by manufacturing clothing with 100% Indigenous designed fabrics provided by SpoonFlower & other Indigenous fabric distributors. We also aim to share our Anishinaabe-Ojibwe/Metis culture & histories in a meaningful & respectful way.

Miigwetch/Maarsii-Thank you
